I just thought of an awesome contest! What you do is post how many trick-or-treaters you got. (Estimate if you need to). The one with the biggest amount wins! The dead line to post is December 5th!

Have fun!:thumbsup2

Roughly 400 for me.

Hehe!! I had 0!! Nada. Zilch!! I get to eat all the candy I bought to give out! :cool1: I even put my Mickey light up pumpkin out!:lovestruc

Looks like you're happy that you had none! I don't blame you, we had about 4 huge bags of candy! All gone now except for a few pieces!:rotfl:

Had about 20, alot different then our last neighborhood where we usually run out of candy.

400? Really? I think I'd move to a quieter neighborhood

We had 192. We always count and compare with my dad :)

That's the thing, we live in an extemely quiet neighborhood. I don't know where all of these people came from!

Same for us. We have gotten maybe five in the last eleven years.

we get 0 trick or treaters year after year, we live on a main street and it's pretty busy and we're surrounded by tracts of homes so all the kids go there instead (including us)

We only got about 25! We just bought this house in the spring and where we used to live we'd get around 100. Our new subdivision is kind of shaped like a capital D lying on it's belly with parallel streets going across (inside the D). Well, we live on one of the parallel streets and after talking with a neighbor I've learned the people on the outside of the D get all the trick-or-treaters, but those of us inside don't get many. Bummer.

Hold on... I'll get somebody who lives in the center of town to post - they had 900 by 7 pm......

We don't get busy in the back end of town - only about 50 or so.

I think we had roughly 75 kids this year, this is a drop from previous years.

400 kids and 4 bags of candy was enough!?!? Seriously?? How long do the kids get to trick or treat where you live?

Here it's just 6-8pm. We get a good deal of kids but we don't keep track. We ran out of candy at the last minute.

81. We ran out of candy bars and pulled out a box of prepackaged cookies I was using for hubby's lunches. We had rain and I think the kids came out a little earlier this year.

We had about 40-50, which is the most we've had since we moved here 6 years ago.

Judging from the amount of candy we went through, I would guess we had 175 in just under two hours.

Well, we had 7. And they were all my youngest DS's class mates. They wanted to know why he wasn't home to answer the door and give them candy. :rotfl:
