Trick or Treat on Thurs or Fri???

We are making a trip Oct 15-17 and are planning on attending Mickey's Trick or Treat party on either Thurs or Fri.

The obvious thing to maximize time in the parks (which allows more flexibility for going back to the hotel for breaks if needed) seems to be to go on Thursday which means we can be in DCA until 10:30 (DL probably closes at 8:00pm) and then would have extended hours at DL both Fri and Sat.

Are there any considerations that I am missing or reasons that Fri would be a better night for the Trick or Treat?

I agree with your thinking. In addition, I think Thursday will be less crowded for the MToTP since many schools are in session on Friday.

By leaving your Friday and Saturday nights open, it also allows you to catch F! on one of those nights since it will be showing in Oct. now. (Fireworks will hopefully be every night, so you shouldn't have to worry about those!)

I am will be there the same dates as you, and I chose the TOT tickets for Thursday night! My thoughts were right on with yours!
