Trial Run for RotR BG, where is the rest of my party?

I logged in this morning to practice getting a BG for RotR. When I got to the choose your party screen it was only showing me. I just clicked through because I wanted to see if it would work and it did (I would have theoretically gotten in) but what about the rest of my group? How do I get us all linked to make this easier when we get there? Or what do I do the day of if we aren't linked?

ETA: Everybody shows up under 'People I have plans with'

That's very interesting. I know very rarely, there's been times where not all people show up in the RotR list. But I haven't heard that reported in a while.

I would try again at 1pm and see if they show at that time. If they don't, you may need to call the tech support line and see what they can do to help.

OP: from what I have read, when you actually have a reservation, then everyone in you party shows up, but when you are practicing and do not have a reservation, only you will show up. I keep forgetting to try, but have ready that no one else will show up since they do not actually have a reservation for that day.

I can attest that when you practice you are a party of one.... when it is for real everyone in your linked party will be there.... you can call Disney to make sure everyone is linked. My mom joined our group and they made sure she was linked ...

I'm not sure why this was moved to the Resorts board, it seemed relevant to the Galaxy's Edge board?

The system will add anyone on your Friends and Family list who has a reservation for HS for that day. You don't have to add them to your group, but they need to have a valid ticket AND park reservation.
