Is it still on the dining plan for 2026? Steak still off the menu for dining plan guests I am assuming?

It has still been on the dining plan at least as of September 2025, so no reason to believe it won't be...I have no idea about menu restrictions though. It does have a 10% DVC and passholder discount, which is what I use as I don't do the dining plan.
