It just depends on your kids. Yes, it's very loud. If you don't think your kids can handle a loud restaurant with moving dinosaurs, you may want to skip it.

My 2 year old nephew enjoyed it, but agree with PP it depends on the kid. If you've ever been to a Rainforest Cafe, its basically the same.

My kids loved it, but they are a little older - 11 and 9. It definitely gets loud in there!

Agreed with PP, it depends on your kid(s). Last time we were there my kids were 7 and 5.....they loved it! We also thought the food was good.

Took my kids last year, ages 12, 10, 4, and 2 at that time. Loved it. 2 year old doesn't like loud noises but it was a fun loud and he, like most other boys that age, LOVES dinosaurs. Well worth it. Make sure you get a Landry's Select card.

YES! My son is older (10) and loved it. The only time it gets really loud is the meteor shower. Otherwise, I didn't find it any louder than the other restaurants.

As far as food goes, this was the BEST meal we ate on our trip in June. So much so, we cancelled a reservation for our September trip and booked TRex in its place. I had the best lasagna I've ever had in my life. I was really disappointed when I woke up the morning of our TRex day and had a stomach flu. I had to cancel. I'm looking at our schedule for next year, and not making that mistake again. We are doing it on arrival day next time!

I'm guessing the two year old will be ok. You know your children better than anyone responding here. Young boys in particular love dinos!
