TRex just for dessert. Do I need ADR?

If we're just planning on stopping by Trex for a dessert, do you think I need advanced dinning reservations? I really don't know when/what time. Our trip in 2/22-3/1. I'm not good at planning ahead of time for eating. ADRs are not my thing. I'm trying to decide how hard it will be to just walk up to places. Especailly for just dessert or appitizer.

Most likely. T-Rex is a hot spot, it is always booked. So it is better safe than sorry.
