While at $ Tree today, I found some stuff that would be great for Disney (or other) trips. Some of these may be there all the time, but some are definitely seasonal.

- Light-up mini fans
- TONS of glow stuff (they normally have necklaces/bracelets, but today they had swords, fairy wands, frogs/bees/ladybugs-on-a-stick, tridents, and multi-color sticks)
-enormous pens (since they tend to be easier for costumed characters to hold)
- floaties (they had basic, Cars, and Disney Princess ones)
- they also had Cars/Princess float rings and other pool toys

Just thought I'd share... :)

I love to browse through Dollar Tree. Wish my kids were still little....

I prefer the .99 only stores

They usually have a wider selection of Disney stuff and nicer quality (except kitchen stuff, dollar tree is beter for that)

I noticed that they had Disney night lights at ours yesterday. They had Mickey, Tink, and Cars.

I might just have to stop in next time. I have seen some disney things but now that my trip is getting closer it makes sense to start stashing things.

Don't forget Dollar Tree Panchos for WDW. Also, I've found a great brand of cleaning product (this was one area that I felt I could cut way back on) at DT called "Totally Awesome". I believe it works just as well as the heavily advertised products. They have different scents.

I have actually had better success with "Totally Awesome" stain remover from the Dollar Tree than nationally known/advertised products. It's never let me down yet. I just spray and rub the fabric together and then wash it. I even used it on the hem of an overstuffed chair and it took out whatever was on there without damaging or discoloring the upholstery. I'm a believer!

I was just going to say that. We always bring a couple packs with us to florida and then always keep enough for the family in the bottom of our backpack for the day. They are small and don't weigh anything. The only thing is they are kinda one time use (don't fold up well at all) so we have extra new one in the room so we can throw them out at the end of the day. But for $2 total for our family of 4, we have the piece of mind of always having our ponchos with us in the parks.

I think its funny that on the Totally Awesome bottle the first thing it mentions is that it removes blood. ( CSI fan LOL) It really is a great product.

Don't forget the over-the-door shoe organizer to hang in the bathroom and organize all your stuff :-)

They also had flag glowsticks at our store the other day if anyone is going over July Fourth.

This stuff is Totally AWESOME! I buy in big gallon containers for work. I work in a machine shop, so everything is grimy and greasy.

This is the only thing I have found that gets the machinery and the floor really clean. I even wash my gross work clothes in it.

(when you put a woman in charge of cleaning a machine shop, you get a really clean machine shop! ;) )

Thanks for sharing!! I've got to go get an over-the-door organizer and I've definitely got to check out this "Totally Awesome" stuff.

Yes, definately a one use item. But, they are right there when you need them, as opposed to trying to run into a store and getting them (thery're like $8 bucks a piece and they don't fold up either. We bought some and they ended up getting mold on them). I am a dollar tree pancho believer; not because they're cheap; it's just easier.

Beware of those "over the door" organizers....they don't come with hooks to hang it over the door! Oh, and "The Works" toilet bowl cleaner is OK...but don't get any on the counter tops or anything...it will eat the finish right off!!

I got a lovely "love" candle holder there that will look pretty on a tray of cupcakes. :)

I can vouch that the Totally Awesome carpet cleaner is, indeed, totally awesome at getting cat puke stains off the carpet. ;)

I love dollar stores. here in nj we have Dollar Zones/Dollar Tree.
Dollar Zones is a better $ store if you are looking for Disney things.
it has cute things for children...loads of things. i bought disney stationary for
my pen pals letters awhile back. :).
they have winnie the pooh stuff, toy story, mickey, princess, hannah, HSM, and a few others. Totally a good store for Disney. :).
