Treatment of Borrowed Points when Canceling?

Hi All,

County school board just eliminated November Fall Break so have to cancel a reservation made partially with borrowed 2014 points. Canceling greater than 31 days out. Will those borrowed points remain now as UY 2013 points (April UY) or will they go back into the 2014 UY? If they remain as UY 2013 points, can they be banked into UY 2014?

Any borrowed points will stay in your 2013 use year, and can not be banked. Banking and borrowing are final transactions. You will have to use them for stays before April 1, 2014.

Any April 2013 points used for the reservation will return to normal status in your 2013 use year and can be banked prior to November 30, 2013.

Once points are borrowed they stay in that year and cannot be banked backed into following year BUT you can bank the current year points used for that same reservation to the following year...or rent the points/reservation out...
