treasures of world showcase tour-what direction?

has any one done this tour recently? i was wondering whether it starts at mexico or at canada? i figure i'll be starving by the time we're finished and would like to make a ps at somewhere close to where we finish for lunch. i did the backstage magic 7 hr tour last year and really enjoyed it, so am really looking forward to this one too.

We did this tour in 2001 when hours were cut back and the tour didn't begin until 9:30. We began in one of the Innoventions buildings to look at designs for Epcot, and then moved around the WS from Canada to Mexico. We finished up about 1:15, but again keep in mind this was with cut-back hours. Great tour!

thanks dgaston i am really looking forward to this tour. this year the tour is starting at 8:45 so i will be done a little bit earlier than you.
i will assume then, that the tour always goes from canada to mexico. anyone recently find this wasn't so?

We also started at Canada and finished in Mexico. A wonderful tour! Our next trip is in May and we're booked for the Backstage Magic tour on our 2nd full day.

We went in November 2001, and we started in Mexico and worked our way around to Canada. WS opened about the time we got to France. The direction may depend on the guide, or the "schedule" of WS maintenance. Of course, Canada was under refurb when we went.

WS wasn't very crowded at the time, so maybe you want to pick a restaurant in the middle.

thanks all maybe a country in the middle may be the best idea then, if the tour doesn't always go in the same direction.
