Treadmill buying - any suggestions???

I'm a newbie to the WISH board, but I figured this was the best place to ask my question. I'm having trouble making it to the gym more than once a week. DH is a firefighter and is gone 24hrs at a time, I work full time, and have a 4 year old DS and 11 month old DS. I want to buy a treadmill, but I think I've gotten spoiled rotten by the super-nice treads at the gym. Anybody know of a nice brand/model of treadmill in the $300-$500 price range? I'd like to have a flip-up deck, 10% incline and the wider the tread surface, the better (I'm kindof clumsy ). Thanks for your input in advance!

There have been some threads on tm purchasing. I have one but we did go the "deluxe" model. short story DH is a runner - I am a walker but we got one that he could run on. Important to figure out what your needs are and then start the shopping - research, etc.

I know that the "flip-up" style was not the preferred when we bought ours but also recognize that space can be a factor.
