Travelzoo Orlando Home package

I just got a notice on the travelzoo top 20 about an "Orlando 3-bedroom house w/ free rental car" (for length of stay from Alamo) for $123/night (3 night minimum). Travel dates between April 8 and May 26. The ad says homes are between 2 and 15 miles from WDW. I am going to try and paste the link in my post (am I allowed to do that?) in case anyone is interested - or maybe this isn't really a good deal? I can't use it anyway b/c (a) my husband cannot take time off between now and May 26, and (b) we would be driving anyway and wouldn't need a rental car, and (c) I REALLY want to stay on-property. Oh well . . . .

Probably not a bad deal. I have rented from Resort Quest in other locations and they were fine.
