Hi,
We're going to Lanzarote to see our DD & Family in July and have a quote for car hire from Travelshoponline .
Has anyone used them and are they ok?
They haven't been tops for efficiency so far & I don't know whether to book with them or not.
Any advice gratefully received.

If you haven't been entirely happy with them so far I'd say go with your gut though.
