Has anyone stayed here and what is it like if you have.

Please and thank you

Lynda

Travelodge is a nice economy motel, not too far from the parks on Harbor Blvd. They offer continental breakfast, & their snack room is next to the pool.

However, if you have the opportunity, I would recommend the Ramada Inn Maingate over Travelodge. It is comparable, however, the pool is bigger, they also offer a simple continental breakfast, and there is a food court there. Also, it is within walking distance to the parks. At the Travelodge, you'll need to take the ART shuttle ($3/day), or drive to the parks ($10 or $11/day parking), because it's a little too far to walk.

Thanks Mary Jo but the address we are looking at is on West Ball Road which seems to be closer to Disneyland than the one on Harbor Blvd.

I will check out the Ramada Inn recommendation.

Thank you

Ball Road looks closer on a map but it is much harder to get to an entrance from there than Harbour, especially if you are walking...made that mistake once....:sad2:

We are doing the travelodge next month, never stayed there. We have ressies at the one on Disney Drive I think. They said they are a few minute walk to parking structure. Anyone know about this?

Hi Tink, that is the same Travelodge I am asking about. The web site says Disneyland Drive but the address is West Ball.

I guess we will find out for ourselves. Enjoy your trip.

Hi! We just stayed there this weekend. It was a pretty nice room. All the emenities you need, especially because all we did was sleep there. It is however, too far to walk. Its on the back end of DL and at the beginning of the day it seems ok, but at the end of the day, after a full day of DL and DCA, you will not feel like walking back to your hotel. It might be possible to walk back from the parking garage, but I didnt know how to get there from the garage so we skipped that. If you want to try it, walk to the parking garage and take the tram to the entrance of DL. After 3 days of U. Studios, DL, and DCA, I didnt even want to walk to the trams!

Have fun!

Thank you for your input. I'm glad the room is OK and we will figure out the parking/walking when we arrive.
