Travelocity is driving me crazy!!!!

Travelocity is driving me crazy!!!!!! I am so frustrated with them I am about to quit using them!!!!! I've been searching for a flight from Omaha to Orlando. They show me a $169 deal, which is an incredible deal, then when I get to the end it says, "The price has changed." YEAH< by $123 additional $s per ticket!!!! Then I start again and they are still offering it as $169, until you get to the end. I've tried different flights, at the same price, same story!!!

I have used them a lot in the past. I have had few problems with them unitl now. Anyone else having this issue??

Thanks for letting me vent. My DH is getting tired of hearing it.

Same thing kept happening to me...so I decided to just watch the Airlines website and booked when it dropped down...it royally ticked me off so I will not use them again.

What happens if you go directly to the respective airline's site to book the ticket right away?

The tickets are higher at the airlines site, but I may just pay the price and be done with it. I just really wanted it at $169 per ticket, that would save me over $350 that I could spend at WDW!

What I think was happening was that Travelocity was not updating their rates at the same pace as the airline. When you would get the answer that the rate was no longer available and you could update that page, it was a few dollars more than the airline web-page...

I decided to just watch the airline site itself and book through that...

I only use Expedia and Travelocity to see all the airlines prices. And when I see the price I want I go to the airlines web page. Both of them also charge a $5 fee to use them where the airlines don't.
