I never realized there were so many places you could book a trip to Disney! the cheapest I found so far is on Travelocity for $2,961.12 which includes 4 round trip tickets to Orlando,1 room at Pop Century for 7 nights and Ultimate parkhopper tickets could I do better booking seperately or is that a good price? I really want to get the best deal, I do have AAA but, Travelocity didn't ask :( If I can get all that for cheaper I'd love to know how, my husband will be booking the trip, I'm just researching , I have more time than he does lol. I could sure use this trip now, last week we had alot of snow and more on the way today yuck!
anyway, I'd appreciate any travel experts on this one!!!!
Thanks, Maryann :)

Traditionally, it is cheaper to book everything separately.

We need to know where you are flying from, your dates, and the number of adults and kids under 10 in your party.

There is a discount code out right now from 1/1/04 to 2/11/04 that gives you a good room only discount.

We will be able to help you find the best price for your trip!

sorry :( I did forget that info huh? we're flying from Hartford, CT
6/17-6/24, 2004 2 adults and 2 children under 10
I could fly from Providence,R.I. too.
Thanks, Maryann :)

I have tried travelocity but using orbitz or expedia the price was beat by a few bucks. I tried getting around the package deals but found when I book the hotel and the airfare I will do better then doing it alone. I am also buying my passes outright instead of taking the deal with the hotel. I wont need 7 day ultiamte passes as I want to do Universal and Sea world so that would be a waste of money. Plus if i have any unused days I can always go back someday. The ultimate pass is only for use while you are staying this time. And it costs about the same price.
So figure in the cost if you are going elsewhere.

Your price of $2900 would be the absolute most you would pay assuming there are no discounts available for your trip.

Firstly, you flights will be around $250 or $1000 total, without a seatsale!

Secondly, rack rate at Pop Century is $77 + tax or about $600 for the seven nights. Again without a discounts (i.e. a code may come out for that time period or using AAA).

Thirdly, the tickets, well, I am not a fan of Ultimate Hopper Passes, because you either use the days or lose them. The passes are only good when you are checked into your hotel. (We rarely go to the parks on the arrival or departure days, it is just too much money for a few hours!) If you buy 6 or 7 day park hoppers, then there are no expiration dates and unused days could be used on a second trip. We usually take a day off from the parks after 2 or 3 days to sleep in and just spend time at the resort. Seven days straight of commando-style parks is really hard on little ones.

6 day park hopper plus 3 options is about $1049

7 day park hopper plus 4 options is about $1200

Something else to remember that these could be 6 days in the parks and an additional 3 days at Blizzard Beach or TL a total of 10 days, where UPH are only 7 days total. For our family 5 day park hoppers are good, they come with 2 pluses.

Anyway something to consider. I hope this helps. So to sum up, with NO sales or discounts, I just barely got you to $2800.

Flights $1000
Hotel $600
7 day park hoppers $1200 (really 11 days of fun and unused days never expire.

Just wanted to add.....

if you bought your 6 or 7 day PHP through Paramount you would get a free charcter breakfast. :Pinkbounc
