Hi... I'm in the preliminary stages of booking my vacation for October. As of right now it's just me and my friend (who wants her own room). My husband and/or mother may come along and there's the possibility of other friends joining us also.

My question is this... I'm calling tonight to book my room and my friend will too. I've told her what resort/section we want and if that's not available, then our backup plan. Do we tell the CRO about our plans or wait until the trip date gets closer? If my mom comes, I may need another room that's also close to ours.

Or should I just not worry about all that and book my room :)

just book your room -

don't end up with everyone room on your credit card -that could get messy....

Oh no! haha I never have that much room on my credit card! haha

Actually I have CRO bill me for the 1 night deposit and then make payments until my trip so my room's paid off and I have spending money to use. Sort of "forced savings". :earsgirl:

Just worry about yourself, your DH can join you if he changes his mind

Book your room, just tell them the name of your friend (or the name of the reservation).

We went a few yrs ago with my DBF family, it was just put on both reservations that we wanted to be close to each other. Though we weren't guaranteed, we were right next to each other. It was great!
