Traveling with Large Family Group

We went on the Land/Sea last month, six of us. LOVED IT , and scheduled another trip before we left the Wonder. Next Jan. we hope to travel with 15 family members total. I am doing lots of pre-planning, but would love to hear from anyone who has gone with so many people in a group. We'll be staying at the Polynesian (four nights-added a day) and then the four day cruise (1st time for 10 of the group).

I've been to Disney with a large family group and also on a cruise. My best advice is to plan to split up and not do everything together all the time. Not everyone wants to do the same things and everyone will have a better time if they get a chance to do what they want and then meet up later for dinner or something.
