Traveling with friends to OKW - Room Question

Hi -

I am a DVC owner, and we are traveling with friends who rented points.

We have two seperate reservation numbers to stay at OKW.

Can we requested to have rooms near each other? If so, any suggestion on how to make it happen? We don't need to be on top of each other, but nearby so that we can better facilitate the trip and kids (8, 6, 6, 4) playing together...

Call member services. Add a "traveling with@ note to both reservations.

Good luck, I suspect your request will be honored. My son and his in-laws were able to get a studio in the same building without a problem.

I have always been placed near others we are traveling with when we made the request on the reservation. Usually in the same building, sometimes the building next door, but always conveniently close by.

I would also call the resort directly the day before check in. They can tell you where you will be. I did that when traveling with friends to OKW last December.
