I am planning a trip to Disney World with my family. There are four of us (my Mom, my older sister (21), myself (19) and my youngest sister (11). I was wondering if anyone had any tips with finding things that we would all like. I have been to WDW more times than they all have (due to Magic Music Days) and I want to make sure that they all get to do something they would enjoy. Any tips would be very helpful. Thanks! :mickeybar

I think the best thing to do would be to get them online either here or some of the other planning sites like http://www.allearsnet.com and/or get them to look at a guide book or two, that way they can (hopefully) take part in the planning and will know what they want instead of expecting you to figure it all out for them. My dh and I have been on trips with both of our extended families (parents/siblings) and we found that what we expected they would like didn't always mesh with what they expected to be doing, so I think getting them involved is a good thing.

I recommend the Unofficial guide or the Passporter. You might get some ideas there. Your little sis might like the Birnbaum's Official Guide for Kids, by Kids. We bought those for our 12-yr old neices a few years ago. I also think this is a great place for tips. I think a little more info would be helpful though - i.e. what are their likes & dislikes? When was the last time they visited WDW?

Wow--how nice to have a ladies trip. If it were me I'd sign up for some of these:
Tea at the Grand Floridian
Ohanas once ( a definite for anyone)
Spa day at GF...or at least a manicure, pedicure
Character meal of your choice

Birnbaums and allearsnet are two wonderful sources of ideas. I have to admit, with my family I wouldn't get to do just the ladies, so don't have alot of knowledge about truly "female" things to do.....have a wonderful time. :earsgirl: :earsboy: :earsboy: :earsgirl:
