We are going the same week :)

It will be our second trip-we went the same week in 2008. My girls are 5 and 7 now. I will try to help with a few of your questions. We stay offsite so I can't help with your hotel questions.

As far as your itinerary...not knowing much about your kids, you do have a lot of late nights planned. We have done WDW, DL, and now planning WDW again, have never seen an afternoon parade because it just doesn't work with naps, and have only seen Spectro at night...doing Illuminations and Fantasmic would just be too much for us. Mine are early risers, and we make every rope drop, but we just can't do all the late nights. We do rope drop, and even some early ADR's, leave around 12-1, nap, swim and go back around 5 for a couple hours. If we do Spectro, we have a lazy morning the next day. Otherwise everyone gets too cranky!

Your day with AK and DHS...you will have to allow major time for transportation to get back to your hotel and back to the parks on that one. Plan for an hour each way if you are using buses. If you really want to see a parade, maybe just make this an AK day, and stick it out until after the parade and then be done for the day.

I don't think you can save a spot for Illuminations with your stroller...a CM would likely move it to the closest stroller parking.

We love 1900 Park Fare...it is one of our favorites. We do it as our arrival dinner.

If you arrive early at Epcot, check out Nemo, Turtle talk with Crush, see how long the lines are at the Character spot, Journey to Imagination.
