On this trip my husband and I decided to take our nephew and a friend of his as an early graduation gift. Does anyone know if they will need ID's for anything: hotel check-in, using park tickets ect. They will be staying in our room and at the same parks as us each day. Thanks in advance!

Most security will require a picture ID. Our DS is 18 and DD is 16, so they can bring their drivers licenses this trip. Previous trips they used their school photo ID card. Definitely have each one bring something with a photo ID. The special tours require one and if you lose a ticket you will have to produce ID to get a replacement. Shouldn't be a problem. Have fun! :woohoo:

This January my boyfriend and I went to WDW with my little brother and his girlfriend who are both 17. We had the same concerns as you did. We made sure they brought IDs and stayed with us for most of the trip. The only thing they ended up needing them for was the airline. Near the end of the trip they were even doing their own thing: meeting us at the parks, and taking busses on their own. As long as the kids are not obnoxious or trouble makers no one will hassle them to show IDs.
