Hi everyone:goodvibes

My mother, who is 70, hasn't been on an airplane in a very long time (fear of flying), but do to her love of Disney she is willing to give it another try :cool1:

She has COPD and is on oxygen, so we have that to deal with too.

I'd love to know the ins and outs of traveling when one is on oxygen. My DH and I have taken her to WDW severals times as we have been able to drive. But our recent schedules dictates that our future trips (time wise) will need to involve flying.

I'd love to go with mom and I'm hoping flying with oxygen won't be to terribly difficult.

I'm looking for info on traveling while on oxygen!

TIA!

Each airline has a little different rules, so you need to start with the airline.
You should also be able to get some help from her current oxygen supplier.

There is also a link to a helpful website about travel with oxygen in the disABILITIES FAQs thread.
