Well its a little easier for me as I work at a pizza shop, but anyone can make this.
Roll out pizza dough til thin, cover with sliced pepperoni and cheese. Roll up jelly roll style
Spray top and bottom with cooking spray like Pam, sprinkle top with a little garlic pwd, salt and pepper.
Bake at 450 for about 12-15 minutes or until golden brown all around. Cool for half an hour, cut in size needed ( i do about 6 inch sections) wrap in foil and store in ziploc bags.
We take these in our portable fridge in the car, but they keep well in a cooler, and for half days without refrigeration.
Pizza dough can be purchased from most family run shops for under 2 bucks. If not try your local italian grocery store. Or use frozen bread dough.....hint this is very hard to roll out compared to pizza dough but works really well.
This worked so well for our 18 hour drive to Dis last year. When the kids got hungry the could grab a ppp roll instead of having to wait til our planned stops. Plus we packed the usual, grapes, cheese, crackers, bannana muffins and juices. Finger foods work best for us.
Good luck
Cindy
