Traveling on I-95 below NC border

Has anyone traveled that route in the past week, would like to know how bad or good the road is, will be coming that way in about a week. Thanks ahead of time.

I drive in SC from exit 38 south to Ga regularly. It is fine, typical I-95. There is road construction starting in Brunswick Ga. It has been going on for several years. Alot of Jersey barriers. Starting around exit 33 in SC to about exit 21, the town of Ridgeland has mobile cameras set up the activate if you are driving 80mph or above.

I travel much the same route as PP. From exit 33 in SC.

A lot of the road construction in GA has cleared up. It's much better than it used to be. There is still a little around Brunswick, but no super narrow highway.

Also, Jacksonville is still a little white knuckle for me, but about 200X better than it was a year ago. It looks like they have 90% of the freeway finished. The speed is still 45mph, so that helps some.

95 through Jax is much better now with the improvements being done around the 95/10 split. There is a small stretch with a couple of curves that can slow traffic down a bit, though so long as you aren't hitting it at rush hour you won't even notice anything. I drive through it every morning around 7:30AM when there is a decent amount of traffic and I get through it in three to four minutes.

Just came back on Sunday. Like posted, there is a little construction in Georgia but nothing like it used to be. Take 9A around Jacksonville - it never seems to be busy and eliminates the white knuckles thru Jax. Also, it's not as long as the 295 bypass. The construction here is now complete on both ends, so it's an easy on and off 95.
