Traveling from Hollywood Studios to Hoop Dee Doo Revue

We will have our car at Hollywood Studios and have reservations to Hoop Dee Doo Revue. Is it better to drive to Fort Wilderness or to leave our car at Hollywood Studios and use busses and come back for the car later?

Drive your own car. It will take too long to wait on buses

Agree with @Narcoossee11 above. No reason to wait for the bus when you have a car. However, be aware that you can only drive to the Fort Wilderness parking lot and from there need to take an internal bus back to HDD. When the show is over, you'll take a bus back to the parking area.

OK, so it's decided, we'll drive...now I need recommendations on what time to leave Hollywood Studios for a 6:15 Hoop Dee Doo reservation

I would be in the car about 5:15. It doesn’t take long to drive, but you need time to park and get to the Settlement area. Any bus inside the fort should work, but each make stops at various loops. The buses just go different routes between the Outpost, where you park, and Settlement, where HDDR is.
