Has anyone used Travelex TravelLite insurance for a cruise?

I have bought my insurance from them several times, but have never had to make a claim.

I just bought my travel insurance thru travelex...we are traveling on 8/28 Western cruise. I found their price to be the best for what we needed. I really don't have to worry about the medical portion as my Insurance covers me even out of the country. I wanted more for trip protection. We are 3 families traveling together & 2 us of have elderly relatives we are concerned about. I haven't seen any negative posts about Travelex, but I also haven't seen where anyone has had to make a claim with them. Hopefully, I won't be the first to have to "try" them out! Kathy

Like others, we've used Travelex a couple of times, but never have had to make a claim. I've yet to find any complaints about them on any of the travel newsgroups, and they seem to have the most liberal policy on pre-existing conditions.

We always use Travelex & thank goodness have never had to use them, but people I know who use them too & have had to make a claim prise their speedy service.

Thanks everyone. We have never used them, but I think we will give them a try for our upcoming cruise!
