Travelers Insured--Allseasons

Anyone have Travelers Insured insurance on a recent hurricane cruise? We are waiting and waiting on our check........starting to get a little nervous.

Wondering if anyone else needed compensated for meals, lodging, rental car for a delayed cruise and used this company. We booked through allseas and it is the company they suggested..........

Any info would be helpful,
