Both will be in the 30-45 minute range, depending on lights and traffic.

For MCO, add some time if you're returning a rental. This trip is closer to the 45 minute mark.

For 1900, you drive through the MK parking toll plaza, then bear right and follow the directions. Depending on the crowd at the toll plaza, add 5 minutes. You'd park for free at GF, but will need to move to MK lot if you wish to visit the parks. The resort parking usually has a time limit.
