It's probably unlikely to get WDW transportation to be there by 7. The earliest I've seen MK open is 8 am. I think buses start 1 hour before park opening. So you wouldn't leave ASMo until 7. Then you'd have to walk or monorail over to the Contemporary. If MK opened at 8 that morning, and it was an EMH, there MIGHT be a bus leaving at 6 (one hour before EMH). Assuming you were able to catch that bus, you'd get to MK around 6:25, then walk or resort monorail to Contemporary (probably 20 minutes travel time for that). It is POSSIBLE to make it, but if you missed the first bus, or it wasn't EMH then you would be late.
Since you mention driving, I assume you have a car. That would be my recommendation. Driving time at that time of the morning should be fairly short. I'd say 20 minutes is probably your travel time. But I'd allow 30-40 minutes to cover parking time and any problems with directions.
Just follow the signs to the Magic Kingdom, and it's fairly well marked from there.
