My family will be staying at Port Orleans Riverside in May. How much time should we leave to get to rope drop? A pre park opening breakfast?

Be at the bus stop by 6:45 for a breakfast.

For rope drop, it depends where. I would want to be to MK or Epcot by 8:15 on a 9AM open, ideally through security, so be at the bus no later than 7:15. Same for HS, really, especially if you want to sign up for Jedi Training Academy. AK it matters a LOT less.

Disney suggests you allow 90 minutes to make it to an ADR. That is typically plenty of time and allows for most glitches, such as a bus not showing for some reason, or a traffic snarl.
