What's the best way to get from HS to MK in the evening? Drive that day to HS and drive over to MK or bus? Wanting to go use the eve EMH at MK on 10/5. Will be leaving HS right after Star Wars Fireworks. We will have a car if needed. Thanks for any advice.

If you like to drive, I'd park at the MK lot, and take a bus to HS, then a bus back to MK, drive home.

If you are onsite, bus to HS, bus to MK, bus to resort.

Oh, and I am taking advantage of that too, but coming from Epcot. I'm using the buses and monorail, as I am onsite, and don't feel like driving after the late night at MK.

If you have a car, I say driving is going to be your most reliable way, as you're in complete control of when you go. The only time we don't take our car is if we're hopping MK to Epcot (the monorail is fun), or if we have time to kill we'll do the boat from Epcot to HS or vice versa (though it's slower than driving).

Hi, fellow Kentuckian! :yay:

If I had a car I'd drive it. Otherwise, leave the vehicle at your resort (if staying onsite) and use bus transportation to/from the parks. IMHO it comes down to how much you prefer driving vs. using the buses. Many people dig leaving the car parked and taking the buses everywhere--others like the personal convenience of having a car. YMMV.

If you drive, you'll have to park at the Ticket and Transportation Center and take the Monorail ou Boat to MK...

So: Hotel - HS - TTC - MK - TTC - Hotel

If you're onsite, I would use the Bus: Hotel - HS - MK - Hotel

Thanks for the responses. Been sometime since we have been to WDW. I was unaware that buses ran between the different parks. Do they pick up in the same area? How often do they run, same as resorts or less often? Thanks again for the help.

They run between all parks except Magic Kingdom and Epcot which has the monorail. They pick up in the same areas and come just as frequently as the resort ones just check the signs for which stop.
