Travel Pillows

We have about a 10 hour drive to WDW, and I was wondering about travel pillows. I'm looking for one that would give good lumbar support as my lower back always gets tired and achy on long trips. Has anyone had success with a certain brand or style? FYI, I'll be riding shotgun on this trip, not sure that makes a difference

My physical therapist told me to get one like this for the car. She said I could also just roll up a towel and use that.

Just stay away from memory foam, those make my back sweaty. I have mixed feelings on the beaded ones, they are comfortable for a while and then get annoying. My favorite for longer rides are the tensioned mesh type that support but are breathable
