Travel Packet

As usual I do not know if I am posting this thread in the right place but I will give it a shot anyways...

I received my travel packet in the mail today for my upcoming trip. This is our third trip to Disney but the first time I booked everything myself without the help of a travel agent. In my packet I received my magical express voucher and my tags for my luggage indicating which resort they are to be delivered to. On the e-mail of things that were included in my purchase was also a list of vouchers. When I booked with my travel agent previously I would receive all of this stuff in one envelope. I did not receive the vouchers in my envelope.

I called Disney this afternoon and they said that the vouchers are given to you when you check-in at the resort. Is this a new procedure or did I not receive everything???

Magical Express components are sent separately from your MYW package components. You should receive another envelope about 3 weeks prior to your trip.

you will get your vouchers for hotel, the free things they give you soon. I am going May 13th & have gotten all my stuff except the DME which we are not using

Yep. In the past, you got everything together in one envelope because the Travel Agent waited until all your documentation had arrived (each portion likely came in a larger envelope with the same paperwork for other Guests booked through that TA, it's not as if he/she was opening mail addressed to you) and put it together in one packet before letting you know it was in.
