Travel Insurance without Pre-Existing Condition Clause

We are essentially looking for "cancel for any reason" trip insurance. I know it exists for "regular" trips, but does anyone know if it is available for insuring points?

Some plans will waive it if you buy it within so many days of making the reservation.
