Travel insurance with Covid 19 coverage

My husband and I have two cruises booked in 2022, with the first one in February. We both are in the 59 to 62 age range and fully vaccinated. I'm thinking we should get some type of travel insurance that will cover Covid 19 expenses if either one of us test positive while on the cruise. Can anyone here on the boards recommend a good travel insurance for cruises? Thanks.

Looks to me like Royal covers all expenses related to covid including evacuating you back to your home country. Is there something I am missing?

I investigated insurance options since I have four upcoming cruises within the next year. I received a quote from my travel agent and even looked on line but then I looked at annual travel insurance and it was nearly the same cost as insurance for one of my cruises. I decided to purchase annual travel insurance from DAN. They have different tiers so you can select what is best for your coverage.
