Travel Insurance for owner using rented points

I have recently made a swap reservation with another member for a trip to WDW. My understanding is that the annual travel insurance plan you get from Travelex as DVC members only covers trips using our own DVC points and not points from another member. Is this correct?

If so, does anyone know if there's any other travel insurance that one can get when staying on rented/traded points (points from another member)?

The insurance looks good, but they unfortunately don't sell to either Switzerland or the UK (website kept on telling me that they don't have products available as soon as I put in these countries as where we live)... looks like it might be a US only product... now I do have my US driver license, address and all that, but it's probably not worth buying an insurance which I may not be able to claim as a non-US resident.
