Hi,
I'm planning to make some goody bags for the kids, we are driving to dlp in November so I want things to occupy on the journey and also while we are in the room. I'll be making them for a 4 year old boy, 3 year old boy and a six month old boy. Obviously the 3 and 4 year old bags will be the same but I'm not sure what to put for the youngest really. I want to theme it all Disney.
So far I'm thinking, snacks, sweets, drinks for the car, colouring book and crayons etc for the oldest. Maybe a rattle or something for youngest. Maybe some jigsaws or small easy games for in the room for them.
Does anybody have any good ideas, or know where I might find some good stuff. Going to check out the poundshops, I news to find some sturdy Disney gift bags too!

I did just reply in my PTR but I'll post it here too :)

Sturdy bags our pound shop has plastic gift bags tend to be a bit strong then the paper ones.

For your 6 month old what about clothes new t shirt or jumper (DD at 6 months was more excited with the wrapping paper lol) or a new cuddly disney toy.

Primark had a few bits and pieces as well the other week if you have one of them near you. Also had glow sticks i have got DD some for her bag to take when we see dream hoping to keep her entertained when we are waiting for dreams.

The Disney website has loads of colouring pictures that can be printed off. Swipe clean drawing boards like this were fab for on car journeys with our little one. He'd play with it for ages and couldn't lose the pencil :thumbsup2 If there's a Works near you they usually have cheap books and Poundland always seems to have Disney stuff in there. Think the last time I popped in they had the Annabel Karmel Disney snacks.

Have you thought about maybe getting a kids CD for in the car? Amazon has Now That's What I Call Disney link for £7 which for 3CD's is a bargain.

Have you thought about making any goodie bags for older children? such as 13 and late teens maybe 20? I'm just looking for suggestions for my kids as they might feel left out when we go

yes i would love ideas for older children too x

Well If I was doing them for my sisters (13 and 20) would like, sweets snacks etc, notebook
, pen, magazines, new book, they'd probably like colouring books actually haha.

Bit more expensive but a new ds game or DVD for portable DVD player? Maybe CDs for the car?

I got for the kids jake& the never land pirates color and carry cases (blank pad, colour sheets and crayons) £4 on disneystore website and some toystory pairs and mickey mouse pairs cards which where £3 each so far x

I was going to suggest poundland too. My local one has plastic Disney ones (Mickey, Minnie or Simba on them) - very strong handles and gorgeous too. I also got some Disney books in there for my little one, a net of large lego type blocks (for £1 I don't care if she loses them), Minnie Mouse and Disney Fairies crayons and a swipe clean drawing board. I got Disney books and colouring books from the Works and am going to print off some pages from the Disney website.

You'd be surprised the amount of cheaper Disney stuff you can find out there. :)

Our local Disney store has a sale on at the moment so I'm sure others do might get a few bargains for the trip x
