Travel agent questions

Attempting to plan a vacation for november 2016 and have been pondering between small world vacations and dreams unlimited as its been over 20 years since I've been to disney, and my wife and will be 5 year daughter have not gone. Question I have is...if I book through a travel agency...will I still be able to use the my disney experience app and change fastpass things on the fly (like say when I'm in the park?) I'm curious as to what limitations if any I may have by going through a TA as opposed to directly with disney. Do I literally have to call my TA to change anything? If say when I'm at the resort and I made a dinner reservation at one location but want to change it, do I have to go through my TA or is there another way?

I am using a travel agent for the first time this year. The only limitation is the ability to change your room reservation. Your TA can be involved as much or as little as you like. I am taking care of all my ADR's and FP+'s as it's my preference. You will have no problem with changing reservations or FP+ while you're there. Your TA will provide you with your reservation number which you can link to your MDE account and then you can do as you please.
