Travel agent question

Hi,
I booked my cruise through an online TA and now I want to make some changes. The website is down & their phone is constantly busy. Can I deal with DCL directly (or another agency) to make the changes if I cannot get a hold of them?

NO. I tried to take care of some business, but they would not talk to me because I had a TA. The sad part is that my TA was awful and it would of cost me thousands to get rid of them because we were such a large group.
 
DCL should be able to answer questions, but I doubt they will make any changes to your reservation.
 
The only time you can make a change to a ressie booked through a TA is in emergency type situations, i.e. HURRICANE. I was a travel counselor with AAA for a little while, and the only time my clients could change a ressie that I made was when the hurricane hit and our office was closed.

find a TA you can trust, and that you can forge a personal relationship with....

I'm not sure who you booked through, but do you have an email address for them? I would try emailing your agent first.

DCL will not make changes to your reservation if you are booked with a travel agency.
