trash the dress on a disney cruise

We were married at the Polynesian 10.5 years ago and want to do trash the dress photo session and take pictures with our children. Just not sure if the cruise photogs can or will do it or if we should hire our own, and what that looks like for cost. We are considering doing one at the Polynesian if that will get us better pictures without breaking the bank. Has anyone done a trash the dress on the cruise or at a resort? What is a good estimate we should expect to pay?

All the cruise brides I've interviewed who did a Trash the Dress session brought their own photographers on the cruise.

Please consider how you trash the dress. If you are jumping into a deep pool or ocean, the weight of the fabric may be too heavy and you may not be able to swim to the surface. The fabric may be too tight for you to be rescued by people who may try to help you. Please google "trash the dress gone wrong" when considering how you trash the dress. Happy planning!

Thank you! haha my wedding dress is too big for me now, lol its going to have to be pinned or clipped to keep from falling off, I'll wiggle right out if it starts to take me down . But we weren't planning going more than shin deep or sitting in shallow water.

What a cute idea!
I can't imagine why the cruise photographers wouldn't do a trash the dress shoot. If they run the same price as the ceremony pics, it's about $500, at least that's what it cost me for mine in Feb. I don't know if they would consider that a wedding shoot or family shoot though, or if the prices would differ.
