transports for large groups

Anyone know of any companies that do motor coaches, and don't require you to pay per person?

We are a group of 15 (6 adults, 9 kids).
We will be going from airport to port, port to universal, universal to airport.

Any ideas?

I believe most of the companies charge per car, not per person. We had a group of 15 doing basically the same route and booked 2 10-person vans, figuring it would give us some added space, through quick-silver tours and saved big $$ over Disney transport costs. I think you may be able to reserve 1 10-person van and a 5 person car if you don't mind being cosy and haven't over-packed! I think this is true for the other companies as well, like Tiffany Town Cars and Florida Tours. And of course they will take you to Universal!

We were just there and had 10 in our group (size-wise it was 8 adults and 2 kids as 2 of the kids were teenagers and adult size).

We used happy limo and rented a van from port to hotel. It was fine for the 10 of us and all of our luggage (25 pieces!!). Ten is the largest they have I believe, so you may have to do 2 vehicles as the other poster said.. (a van and a car as the car would be least expensive). My guess it that chartering anything larger would be tough to do and more expensive than the 2 vehicles.

Happy limo was great.. I liked that the tip is already included and we don't have to deal with it. We had a group of 20 and booked 8 different trips through them to get everyone where they were going - no one had a problem at all and my in-laws got a stretch limo at a town car price (must have run out of towncars .

Also, my nephew had left his hat on the van and my brother-in-law called to have them look around. We took a towncar to the airport after our trip and when we got into the car they had his hat! The original reservation was under my name so when they found the hat, they looked to see that I had another reservation and gave it to us when they picked it up. Nice that they went the extra mile to 1) find the hat, and 2) deliver it to us.

The one thing I have noticed in the past is there seems to be a huge variation on the prices of the vans (much more variation then there is on town cars and limos). Has anyone else noticed this, and found someplace that combines low prices and good service?
