I can tell you that I will never ever ever be using ****** Transportation again. I spoke with Bob this evening. I tried to clarify the request, and he said he didn't need any of this BS and I could take my business elsewhere. I was taken aback and again just tried to clarify, then he called me a very dirty curse word and told me to go ____ myself.

I have never ever been so appalled. I am always very polite and professional (maybe to a fault). I guess ****** doesn't need our business. They wouldn't get it now if their life depended on it.

I guess this is the reason the company name is restricted on the DIS.

There are guidelines that need to be followed here on the DIS. There are certain companies that have been banned from discussion...hence the filters. Trying to get around the word filters is against board guidelines.
While I understand the OP's frustration and anger, guidelines are guidelines.
I have edited the OP's original post..it now has filtered info. And I am shutting down this discussion.
