Take the Express Monorail to the Transportation & Ticket Center and then get on the bus which goes to Disney's Hollywood Studios.

Walk from MK to the Contemporary Resort and take the DHS bus from there (it likely will first stop at the Poly and/or other MK area resorts on the way.)

Yes after leaving the Contemporary the bus will also stop at the Polynesian and the Grand Floridian before arriving at Hollywood Studios making it a longer bus ride, where as the bus from the TTC goes right to Hollywood Studios without stopping anywhere else so it would be a faster bus ride.
