"Transportation" w/in the park? ...besides monorail

I've been MIA for quite sometime but I was looking thru old photos of me at DL about 22 yrs ago....we were on a motorcar w/ Chip & Dale.

As an adult we always used the train or monorail but this pics triggered memories of horse drawn carriages, the motorcars, trolley(?)....WHERE do these things take you? I imagine from one end of Main St to the other? Do you get to tell them where you want to go? I haven't taken of advantage of one of these since I was, well, 8 yrs old!

We decided to forgo our Spring or Fall 07 trip w/ just DD & I .... we are planning on Oct 08 after DS hits 4. So I'll be around, I missed the board!!!

They just go from town square (in front of the firestation/ trainstation) to the "hub" area in front of the castle. There are a few different vehicles. There is a fire truck, horse drawn trolley car, double decker bus, and maybe on other thing but I cant recall what it is. They have set stops at each end of the route.

The other is a horseless carriage, which may be the motorcar MagicalMomAZ remembers.

Yep, I think that was it...except w/o the canopy? I need to look at the photo again....it's at my mothers.

Thanks for the responses, I'd like to ride one when we go just b/c I never did thru-out the years....

If it didnt have a canopy it may have been the fire truck

Yes, that's what I was thinking. Here's proof that Chip & Dale ride the fire engine. MagicalMomAZ, is that your family with them?
