Couple questions....

The minivans operate from 6:30AM on. Has that changed at all to start earlier now that extra magic hours at HS start at 6AM?

How about the friendship boats from BWI? Do they start before 6AM so we can get to the park?

Can't answer the specifics of your transport start time questions but just remember one of the beauties of staying at BWI is the ability to walk to HS (and Epcot) from the hotel.
