transportation to shopping malls

Hello: Need some help. My wife wants to go shopping to the outlet malls, we won't have a car. Any suggestions on getting transportation to and from the malls? We'll be staying at Saratoga and BCV. Thanks.

A cab from SSR to the Premium Oulets was about $15.
