Transportation to Princess breakfast in Norway

I need help from the experts out there...we have 8:30 reservations for the Princess breakfast in Norway,but how do we get there before the park opens?
We are staying at OKW and usually drive our rental car to every park except Magic Kingdom. Last year we had reservations for Cindy's at MK and on our way we encountered a wreck that had all the traffic backed up,so we thought lets go to Epcot and take the monorail in, but they were not letting any cars into the parking lot till 8:45 (park opened at 9am that day).Needless to say we were late for that reservation (as was other guests) and decided from then on to take the buses to MK.Are there buses that go to Epcot just for the breakfast? I know of the ones for Cindys,are there ones for Epcot and if there is how are they labeled,"epcot" or "character breakfast"? thanks for all your help.

We are going this June and are staying at ASMO and was hoping not to have to take the car.

Would someone please enlighten us?

Same situation here. I'm assuming the buses start running to the parks an hour before any reservations can be made?

When we were there last year the buses started running at 7 am for breakfast reservations. We had our ressie at MK but I think the other parks work the same way. When we got to the gate we were told that people w/ ressies would be allowed in the park earlier. Ours were for 8 am and they let us in just a few minutes before 8.

Yeah, I mean, Disney HAS to provide transportation...they can't expect everyone to have a car

all of the resorts have early buses which leave the resort between 6:47 and 7am to go to the various parks and hotels that have either early tours or breakfasts. I have never been late for any early morning event at any park when taking the early buses.
It would be best to ask the conceirge desk in the lobby the night before to get the correct time when the early buses start from your particular resort.

In a couple on instances I was the only person on the early bus and was taken directly to the venue I was going to, so I got there really early. It was great seeing everything get set up.

GREAT IDEA i will definetly ask the night before at the desk.But just out of curiosity is the bus marquee named "epcot" or will it say something like "Character breakfast".Do you think they allow you walking time from the front gate of EPCOT all the way back to Norway? I'd like to get there at the earliest time they allow,but I don't want to be standing around any longer than necessary (do enough of that allready).How long do you usually spend at the breakfast? Would like to think we could be done at the latest of 9:30 so we could make it back to get some FP for Soarin' and TT. Our reservation is at 8:30 am. One more ?, what princess are usually there? i know they can change at any time but who have you seen there? Is the food comparable to Cindy's? (ok that was two more ?'s)

I drove to Epcot front gate for an 8:30 Segway Tour in Dec and had no problem entering the parking lot shortly after 8:00AM. I was not the only one there; there were a number of other cars parking at the same time. I got to stand in line with a bunch of people going to the Princess Breakfast. Be sure to have your ADR number with you, and be there early! I would recommend planning to be at the front gate at 8:00. The walk to Norway is about 10 min, but there could be a delay getting through the line entering the park.

I have no explanation for the time you were not admitted until 8:45.

You will also want to check which line to get into. When we went last, there were lines for regular admission and a line for people going to the breakfast. People were in wrong lines and really confused. Ask around!!!

I also agree, allow plenty of time.
