Transportation to MK from BC

Thanks everyone for your responses.....a couple other questions.....can you walk to DHS from BC? How long is the walk? How long is the boat ride from BC to DHS? How long is the walk from BC to the shops on the Boardwalk? Is there any good places to eat here? Are they on the DDP plan? Thanks!!

A- Not really. DHS is off of a main road/highway, I don't believe there is a walkway, but I could be wrong. If there was it would take 30 min or so. The safest way is by bus or friendship boat. I would suggest the bus because HS is one of the first stops because it's one of the closest parks to the BC

?-How long is the boat ride from BC to DHS?
It's about 20-30 min - I think they make a stop at dolphin first, it's slipped my mind right now.

?-How long is the walk from BC to the shops on the Boardwalk? Is there any good places to eat here?
A- 10-15 min and it's a nice walk to talk. You can also take the friendship boat. ESPN is a good place to eat, and so is flying fish cafe. If you wanted to take the boat from the Boardwalk to the Yacht Club, there are some good eats there as well, such as Cape May Cafe and Beaches and Cream, an ice cream shop!! Side note- If you were to plan going to the boardwalk after DHS, you can walk or take the boat!

There is a walking path. You can see it in the map Robo posted in post #11. It takes about 20 minutes.

I cant quite tell from the map; but can you walk to Fantasia Gardens from BC?

Yes -- walk across the bridge to the back entrance of the Swan, but continue straight along the sem-circular path past the lap pool, and turn left when you reach the Dolphin's beach. That path leads right out between the Swan & Dolphin, across the street to FG.

On Robo's map, you can just make out the path between the white sand of the beach (at the left edge of the map) and the word "Swan".

It was worth it for me, but only because I stopped of at The Land for Soarin' FPs on my way to the monorail!
