Transportation to Knott's from Disneyland

What is the best way to get to Knott's Berry Farm from the Disneyland area? We're traveling with an infant and won't have a car seat with us so we need to travel by bus. Any suggestions?

Welcome to the Dis! I just responded to your other thread about strollers. Since you're going to Disneyland I think you'll get a better answer to your questions on the DL board: http://disboards.com/forumdisplay.php?f=5

There are a number of people who post on that board who are DL "experts" and I'm sure they'll be able to answer this question.

ETA: FYI: The majority of these boards (including the Disney for Families board) are dedicated to WDW but the DL board has a wealth of info for anything about Disneyland in California.
