Bumping up for today since I always seem to get on here late on night on the west coast and no one else is awake!

Kennedy Space Center is a good 60 miles from Disney World. You can look up the Lynx bus schedule but I'm not sure they go all the way out there- it's not exactly on the way to anywhere.

You'd be better off to rent a car for the day. Plan on 60-90 minutes each way.
